About Matt Zanco

I’m a senior full-stack engineer who likes hard problems solved simply. For more than a decade I’ve helped startups and large enterprises ship products that scale, modernize legacy stacks, and keep teams aligned from idea to production.

My background spans logistics and consulting, so I’m used to bridging business constraints with technical tradeoffs — architecture, performance, security, and delivery rhythm all matter. Technically, I work across .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, MongoDB, Azure, AWS, and solid DevOps practices.

As a teammate and occasional lead, I care about clarity: documentation, code review, and mentoring so the whole group levels up. I’m known for translating stakeholder goals into an executable plan and shipping without surprises.
